On the second day of our stay in Page, we got up early to take a tour of Lower Antelope Canyon. We had debated whether it was worth it given that we were not able to get a ticket for Upper Antelope, but we are very glad we went. The Canyon was spectacular, with vivid colors, beautiful curves, and tons of great sandstone details. Although the canyon was quite crowded, we both really enjoyed the tour.

After a lunch break we stopped by the Glenn Canyon Dam to get a closer look. Though it paled in comparison to all of the natural beauty we had seen, it was still worth the stop.

Finally, we took a second slot canyon tour to Secret Canyon in the afternoon. The canyon itself was a little less spectacular than Antelope, but what really made this tour stand out was how private it was. We had a guide take us through the canyon, and then we simply had a hour to explore the canyon in as much detail as we wanted. It was really a whole different kind of experience, and one which we really enjoyed.
